Schedule: Seasonal (Fall & Holiday), Variable Hours

Location: Kansas City Metro

Hourly Rate: Starts at $15 (based on experience)

Nickel & Suede is looking for an energetic, outgoing Seasonal Events Sales Associate to represent our brand at pop-up shops, markets, sporting events, holiday events, and community festivals throughout the fall and holiday season.

• Represent Nickel & Suede at pop-up events, markets, sporting events, and community events.
• Welcome customers with enthusiasm and confidently start conversations.
• Style customers and recommend products that fit their personal style.
• Create a fun, memorable shopping experience while meeting sales goals.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Help set up, maintain, and tear down event displays.
• Keep displays organized, stocked, and inviting throughout each event.
• Pick up occasional retail store shifts when available and desired.

• Is available most weekends during the fall and holiday season, with some weekday evening availability.
• Loves talking to people and isn’t afraid to strike up conversations.
• Gets energized by busy events and fast-paced environments.
• Enjoys selling and helping customers find pieces they’ll love.
• Is dependable, flexible, and willing to travel to events throughout the Kansas City area.
• Takes initiative and represents the Nickel & Suede brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Retail, customer service, or sales experience is a plus, but personality and enthusiasm matter most.

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds for booth setup and teardown.
• Ability to bend, reach, load, unload, and transport event merchandise and displays.
