Job Summary

Channel Business Manager – Full‑time, Sales/Sales Operations, United States of America. Remote role with hybrid collaboration. No immigration sponsorship.

Job Description

You will center your role on relationship management to achieve measurable results in increased revenue, market share, and depth within each partner sales team. Tasks include developing and executing channel strategy, managing strategic partners, territory planning, building partner relationships, creating compelling value propositions, communicating across region, leading performance reviews, and maintaining activity reports.

  • Develop and execute channel strategy to support territory geo and sales segments.
  • Manage a strategic group of partners.
  • Plan territory initiatives to support business goals.
  • Partner relationship management to maximize growth opportunities.
  • Work well in team environment for partner and customer satisfaction.
  • Design value proposition for partners.
  • Provide clear communication across region.
  • Lead regular business performance and relationship reviews.
  • Build and maintain activity reports and dashboards.
Qualifications
  • 5 – 7 years experience in channel management supporting mixed‑sales segment territories.
  • Understanding of channel operating models.
  • Knowledge of sales, marketing, and solution development.
  • Strong initiative and creative thinking, with excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Track record leading complex sales situations through negotiation and conflict resolution.
