Job Summary:
The Ag Parts Sales Representative is responsible for parts sales over the counter to our customers or through our service department.
- Provide excellent customer service by accurately identifying customers' needs and efficiently using our resources to look up and cross-reference parts.
- Leverage selling skills to present solutions and recommendations using up‑selling and cross‑selling opportunities.
- Meet, greet, and welcome customers in a professional manner.
- Ensure customer expectations are met, including extraordinary efforts at meeting commitments.
- Inventory, restock, and reorder parts. Merchandise parts.
- Communicate appropriately with all internal and external state holders, in person and remotely.
