Compensation: $3,400 monthly guaranteed (paid as a draw) + competitive commission structure and performance-based bonuses

Key Responsibilities- Manage the full automotive sales process from initial customer interaction through vehicle delivery
- Provide a professional, consultative sales experience, understanding customer needs and guiding decisions
- Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom traffic in a timely and consistent manner
- Maintain and track sales activity, pipeline, and customer interactions within CRM systems
- Build relationships that generate repeat business and referrals
- Work toward and achieve sales goals and performance expectations
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or customer‑facing roles preferred
- Background in retail, hospitality, or other high‑interaction environments is a strong fit
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
- Motivated to grow income and develop within a performance‑based role
$3,400/month guaranteed income (paid as a draw)
