We are looking for a customer‑focused Retail Associate who will build strong relationships with guests, guide them through product and plan solutions, and deliver exceptional service. The role includes sales, store operations, and keyholder responsibilities.

• High school diploma required.
• 1–2 years of retail keyholder experience preferred, especially in a consultative, customer‑focused environment.
• Ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Experience operating a POS system with strong transaction accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Physical ability to perform tasks that require bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, and walking.

$19.00 – $20.00 per hour, plus uncapped commission. Classified as modified full‑time with a schedule ranging from 30 to 39 hours per week (average 35 hours).
