We re looking for a Residential Service Plumber ready to make the move to a Residential Plumbing Sales Advisor — helping homeowners make informed decisions about larger plumbing projects, including:

• Sewer lining and replacements
• Water service replacements
• Whole-home repipes
• Major drain and sewer repairs
• Water quality systems
• Other residential plumbing improvements

This is not a cold-calling sales job. You ll meet with homeowners who already have a need, inspect the situation, educate them on their options, and help them choose the solution that best fits their home and family.

• Meet with homeowners in their homes
• Diagnose plumbing issues
• Perform inspections and evaluations
• Present repair and replacement options
• Build trust and long-term relationships
• Coordinate with our installation team after the sale
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience

• Plumbing experience required
• Licensed plumber preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Ability to build trust with homeowners
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Desire to grow professionally and financially

Earning Potential: $125,000–$200,000+ in year one — base + commission + bonuses, with no cap on what top performers can make.
