Cable Dahmer of Topeka is seeking a BDC Representative to be the first point of contact for customers. You will manage inbound and outbound inquiries, schedule appointments with the sales and service teams, and maintain accurate CRM records to drive service and sales opportunities.
This full-time on-site role offers a pay rate of $15-$17/hour plus commission, with Monday–Friday hours and occasional Saturdays, and a focus on customer satisfaction and lead follow-up to generate repeat business.
