La-Z-Boy Incorporated in Topeka, KS is seeking a Sales Consultant for our La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries. You will guide high-end clients through a premium sales experience, curate luxury looks, and earn uncapped commissions with strong earning potential after training.
Training starts at $18/hour for 2–6 weeks (no commissions). After training, base pay is $15/hour plus commission, with top earners reaching $50K–$80K+. Benefits include health, 401k match, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.
