• Base Pay: $55,000 to $100,000

• Performance-Based Pay Structure:
  The more initiative you show, the more you earn. Your salary is tied directly to the tasks you complete and the value you deliver

• Earning Potential:
  Up to $100K+ annually, depending on performance

As an Electrician based in Topeka, KS, you’ll handle service calls within a 30‑mile radius. Your responsibilities will include:

• Keeping your work truck clean and organized

• Completing residential electrical safety inspections and reports

• Diagnosing electrical issues and recommending solutions

• Offering clear, customized options to homeowners

• Installing and servicing residential electrical systems

• Using software to price jobs and collect payments

• Staying in communication with the office to ensure the workflow

• Showing up with professionalism, integrity, and a team‑first attitude

• Active Journeyman Electrician License (required)

• 1–2+ years of residential electrical experience

• Demonstrated hands‑on experience working in construction, electrical, or other physical labor roles required

• This is not an entry‑level position; candidates must have field experience beyond classroom or trade school training

• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR

• Must pass background check and drug test (drug test occurs after 90 days)

• Must live within 30 minutes of Topeka or be willing to relocate within one year

• Comfortable using mobile devices and apps for work

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Professional communication and attitude

• Willingness to be part of a supportive team
