Drain Technician

We are looking to add an experienced Drain Technician.

• Compensation: $21-$26 per hour based on experience plus bonuses!

• Perform residential and light commercial drain cleaning, maintenance, and inspections.
• Operate cable machines, jetters, and sewer cameras to diagnose and clear blockages.
• Provide repair or replacement recommendations with clear communication and integrity.
• Deliver outstanding customer service through education, empathy, and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate and timely job documentation in Service Titan.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Support teammates and contribute to a positive, collaborative culture.

• Residential or commercial drain cleaning experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting ability, mechanical aptitude, and problem-solving mindset.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; plumbing or drain certifications a plus.
• Team player with integrity, accountability, and a passion for customer care.
• Must be willing to participate in rotating on-call schedule for emergency drain service.
• Proven attendance record and must be able to pass drug screen and background check.

• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 50-75 lbs.
• Ability to frequently stoop, kneel and crouch to work in tight spaces.
  
  Ability to climb and work from ladders.
• Must be able to work in both extreme heat and cold, as well as adverse weather conditions.
• Must be able to push, pull, and carry heavy equipment.
