- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $100,000 to $120,000 per year.
- Up to $5,000 sign-on bonus for qualified hires!
- Diagnose, repair, and install residential and light commercial HVAC systems (including multi-zone equipment).
- Educate customers on their systems, set clear expectations, and provide top-tier service.
- Take ownership of individual revenue goals by identifying sales opportunities, providing accurate quotes for enhancements, and meeting performance benchmarks that drive company growth.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, explaining the long-term value of high-efficiency equipment versus ongoing repairs to help them make informed investment decisions.
- Provide startups for residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
- Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts, and installation teams.
- Coordinate with other service trades, contractors, clientele, and vendors as needed.
- Maintain a clean, stocked company truck and stay in sync with our parts teams.
- Participate in morning meetings, trade shows, and retreats.
- 3+ years of HVAC troubleshooting, repair, and installation.
- EPA Universal / Type 2 Certification.
- Your own basic tools, gauges, and meters.
- A valid driver’s license, a clean background/drug screen, and the desire to be better tomorrow than you are today.
- Ability to frequently climb ladders, crawl into tight spaces (attics/crawlspaces), and stand or kneel for long periods.
- Comfortable working in non-climate-controlled environments and outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Capacity to lift, carry, and maneuver up to 50 lbs independently and heavier equipment with assistance.
