HVAC Apprentice

Pat Plumbing, Heating, Air and Electric in Topeka, KS is looking for a full-time HVAC Apprentice to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who has foundational HVAC experience and is ready to take their skills to the next level with hands-on training, mentorship, and career advancement opportunities.

• Assist in diagnosing, servicing, and repairing residential heating and air conditioning systems
• Perform preventive maintenance and tune-ups
• Learn advanced troubleshooting and repair techniques from experienced technicians
• Test systems to ensure proper operation
• Deliver outstanding customer service and educate homeowners on their HVAC systems
• Complete service documentation accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle and work area

• 1-2 years of HVAC experience
• EPA Certification required
• Desire to learn and grow in the HVAC trade
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
