• Install and maintain water treatment systems (after training)
• Diagnose and repair equipment with accuracy
• Educate customers and become their trusted water advisor
• Deliver professional, high-quality service on every visit

• Positive attitude, reliability and problem-solving mindset
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• High school diploma/GED + valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift/move up to 75 lbs
• (Experience in plumbing/HVAC/electrical is a plus — but not required!)
