We're a residential electrical service company based in central Topeka, running calls within a 30-mile radius. We're organized, we're growing, and we reward people who show up and put in the work. We hire for humility, hunger to grow, and a team-first mindset. Character first, skills we can build on.
What You'll Be DoingYou'll work alongside our licensed electricians, learning the trade hands-on while doing real work from day one:
- Installing residential electrical systems, fixtures, and devices
- Running and pulling wire, drilling, and mounting boxes
- Assisting with panel work, service upgrades, and troubleshooting
- Trim-out work: outlets, switches, ceiling fans, and lighting
- Keeping job sites clean and leaving homes better than you found them
- Keeping your work truck clean, stocked, and organized
- Staying in sync with the office so the workflow stays on track
- Showing up with professionalism, integrity, and a team-first attitude
You're willing to learn, you show up on time, and you don't cut corners. You'd rather be trained the right way than fake your way through it. That matters more to us than anything on a resume.
Beyond that:
- No license or certification required; we'll train you
- Hands-on experience in construction, electrical, or other physical labor work
- Comfortable with the physical side of the job: lifting, ladders, attics, and crawlspaces
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR
- Comfortable using mobile devices and apps on the job
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to pass a background check and drug test (drug test occurs after 90 days)
- Living within 30 minutes of Topeka, or willing to relocate within one year
- Interest in working toward your electrical license (we'll support it)
