Fleet Mechanic (Heavy Equipment & Trucks

$22–$30/hr (DOE) | Full-Time | Steady Work

• $22–$30 per hour (based on experience)
• Full‑time, steady hours

• Perform maintenance and repairs on fleet vehicles and equipment
• Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective solutions
• Complete roadside repairs and adjustments as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized shop and work area
• Help ensure the safety and reliability of the company fleet

• 2+ years of mechanic experience (fleet experience preferred)
• Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work on a variety of vehicles and equipment
• Team‑oriented with good communication skills
• Reliable and safety‑focused
