Eberl Claims Service is seeking Ladder Inspection Specialists across the state of Kansas to perform property inspections for the insurance industry.
Conduct on-site property inspections, document observable conditions, and capture high-quality photos and measurements to support insurance claim evaluations. Ideal for professionals with experience in inspections, roofing, construction, restoration, or related fieldwork.

What You'll Do- Perform property inspections
- Conduct roof, exterior, and interior observations as assigned
- Capture photos, measurements, and inspection documentation
- Upload inspection data using Eberl platforms
- Communicate professionally with property owners and customers
- Deliver accurate, complete inspection reports within required timelines
- Strong communication and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage schedules effectively
- Proficiency with smartphones, mobile apps, and digital reporting platforms
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the service area
- Ability to safely access roofs using ladders and appropriate safety equipment
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in customer-facing situations
- Experience with property inspections, adjusting, roofing, construction, or restoration
- Experience documenting property conditions and damage
- Familiarity with inspection software and digital reporting tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ladder and appropriate safety equipment for roof access
- High-resolution mobile device or camera for image capture
- Additional requirements will be provided during onboarding
- Lift and carry up to 60 pounds
- Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb as needed
- Work outdoors for extended periods
- Drive for extended periods when required
