Role DescriptionCommunity Relationship Analysts (CRAs) are an integral part of the Outreach team, responsible for engaging adults on Medicare in the community to drive new patient growth. CRAs build relationships with community leaders to create opportunities for the Outreach team to engage adults on Medicare. They must be flexible, creative, team‑oriented, and good at problem‑solving. The CRA establishes and maintains relationships with local community leaders through collaborative activities that benefit both the community and Oak Street Health.
Additionally, the CRA markets Oak Street Health to eligible adults by building relationships with people important to our Medicare population.
- Community Outreach/Engagement
- Research and understand the landscape of influencers and community partners in your market.
- Prospect and cold‑call local businesses such as senior buildings, libraries, churches, senior groups, etc.
- Impact patient acquisition and lead generation targets for each center by leveraging community relationships to engage Medicare‑eligible adults.
- Work with local leaders to identify opportunities to expand and develop new patient growth channels.
- Collaborate with the Regional Partnership Manager to build and maintain relationships with insurance agents.
- Account Management
- Build and nurture relationships with local leaders to create long‑term alliances that benefit the communities we serve.
- Act as the point of contact for the Outreach Team and community partners engaged in cross‑functional initiatives.
- Maintain regular touchpoints and contacts with key stakeholders, reviewing weekly KPIs, initiative status, and center updates.
- Oversee cross‑collaboration initiatives and review success through lead generation and new patient growth.
- Event Planning
- Develop and manage a forward‑looking calendar of events over a 6‑plus week period with local leaders.
- Coordinate all internal and external event details to ensure engagement, attendance, and lead generation.
- Communicate objectives, strategy, and expectations for each event with the Regional Director of Growth and Outreach managers.
- Sales
- Generate field account engagement by proactively working with local leaders on community outreach opportunities.
- Maintain internal sales system knowledge and marketing programs by attending scheduled meetings to learn about new services.
- Plan lead generation and community engagement at least two weeks in advance to develop and maintain a lead pipeline.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Previous experience in account or community engagement.
- Comfort with cold calling and prospecting in a business‑to‑business environment.
- Daily accountability on key metrics such as account touchpoints, events scheduled, leads generated, and new patients added.
- Ability to adapt and overcome external relationship issues for positive outcomes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and accounts simultaneously.
- Proactive generation of new growth opportunities for our Outreach Teams.
- Strong public speaking, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
- Fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other languages spoken by the communities served, if necessary.
- U.S. work authorization.

40 - Time Type:
Full time - Pay Range: $21.10 - $36.78 (base hourly rate or full‑time salary; actual offer dependent on experience, education, geography, and other factors)
