Position Summary: The Client Care Coordinator plays a central role in creating a welcoming, supportive, and empowering experience for women and families seeking services at Lifeline Women’s Resource Center. This full-time position is responsible for navigating on-going client care, providing pregnancy options counseling, administering pregnancy testing, and helping clients navigate enrollment in Medicaid insurance. The coordinator also connects women with supportive relationships in local churches, evaluates client needs using matrix scoring tools, and facilitates group education classes that promote life skills, parenting confidence, and holistic well-being.

Primary Duties:

  • To be a minister of the gospel of Jesus Christ to co-workers, clients and ministry partners
  • Actively leads the team in a manner aligned with scripture including, but not limited to, praying for and with them, sharing scripture in daily activities and leadership, modeling the character of Jesus Christ in interactions with team and any external clients, partners, vendors, etc.
  • Disciples employees for the benefit of our ministry partners and clients.
  • Aligns team dynamics, internal & external processes, and final product of team’s work with Biblical principles and with Lifeline’s Core Values
  • Maintaining good relationships with co-workers, including solving all disputes in a Biblically prescribed fashion.
  • Representing the Agency in a professional manner in and away from the office
  • Encourages and supports church engagement efforts, including live presence opportunities, adoption information meetings, and biblical teaching on caring for vulnerable children.
  • When qualified by the state and as organizational needs require, may conduct home studies, post‑placement or post‑adoption reports, and other related adoption services for families within the assigned geographic area or across programs.
  • Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities.
  • Support center events and outreach as needed.
  • Contribute to a positive team culture rooted in compassion, respect, and excellence.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor or other member of the Executive Team.

Client Care & Case Management

  • Provide one-on-one client support through intake, follow-up appointments, and ongoing care plans.
  • Offer pregnancy options counseling that is compassionate, accurate, and client-centered.
  • Administer pregnancy testing and communicate results clearly and sensitively.
  • Assist clients with Medicaid enrollment, helping them understand eligibility and complete required steps.
  • Assess client needs using matrix scoring to identify strengths, challenges, and appropriate next steps.
  • Develop individualized care plans that connect clients with internal programs and community resources.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all client interactions in accordance with center policies and confidentiality standards.

Community & Church Connections

  • Build and maintain partnerships with local churches to create supportive relational networks for clients.
  • Match clients with church-based mentors, small groups, or support ministries that align with their needs and preferences.
  • Coordinate communication between the center, church partners, and clients to ensure smooth transitions and ongoing support.

Group Education & Program Facilitation

  • Lead or co-facilitate group classes on topics such as prenatal care, parenting, life skills, and healthy relationships.
  • Track attendance and participation to support client progress and program evaluation.
  • Collaborate with staff and volunteers to ensure classes are welcoming, engaging, and aligned with curriculum standards.
