YWCA Northeast Kansas in Topeka seeks a Violence Interrupter to engage with individuals at the highest risk of violence and those most likely to be victimized. You will identify conflicts, mediate to reduce retaliation, and connect participants to needed services through outreach and partnerships.
This part-time, non-exempt role reports to the Program Manager and requires a trauma-informed approach, strong outreach, and collaboration with community partners to increase safety for participants
