KVC Kansas is seeking a Family Finder to join our Topeka team as a full-time hybrid role. You will advance kinship networks, coordinate with DCF and courts, and support children and families through comprehensive Family Finding strategies.
The position requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s in a human services field, with experience in child and family services preferred. In-person attendance is required at least two days per month, with a rotating on-call schedule and travel as needed.
