We are seeking a highly technical Staff Software Engineer – Server Infrastructure & Automation to help modernize and automate enterprise infrastructure across large-scale data center environments.
This role sits at the intersection of software engineering, systems engineering, infrastructure automation, and platform engineering
. The ideal candidate is a software-minded infrastructure engineer who understands how systems work under the hood and can build software and automation that manages physical and virtual infrastructure at scale.
This is not a traditional cloud engineer, Dev Ops engineer, or application software developer role
. The focus is on building infrastructure software, automation, orchestration, and platform capabilities that improve the reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency of enterprise infrastructure.
The team is undergoing a significant transformation toward a hybrid cloud infrastructure model
, modernizing legacy systems while introducing more cloud-native capabilities. This role will help identify gaps in existing infrastructure, automate manual processes, and engineer new solutions for infrastructure lifecycle management.
