Front End Developer

GFL Environmental is seeking a Front End Developer to build intuitive, responsive web interfaces that support our environmental services operations. In this role, you'll design and implement user-facing features for internal tools and customer portals, ensuring performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility. You'll collaborate with UX, back-end, and operations teams to translate requirements into scalable UI components and workflows. Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive, user-friendly web interfaces for portals and internal tools
• Implement reusable UI components using modern JavaScript frameworks
• Collaborate with UX, back-end, and operations teams to refine requirements
• Optimize front-end performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility
• Ensure accessibility and adherence to web standards
• Integrate with RESTful APIs and back-end services
• Maintain clean, well-documented, and testable code
• Participate in code reviews and agile ceremonies
• Troubleshoot and resolve front-end issues in production environments
• Contribute to UI design consistency and component libraries
