- Participate in Scrum ceremonies, including team standups and retrospectives

- Knowledge of portal software, design, and development
- Strong technical documentation skills
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Preferred:
More than 2 years of experience supporting and triaging customer-facing platforms - Preferred:
More than 2 years of experience with monitoring tools New Relic and Datadog - Preferred:
More than 2 years of experience with Linux/Unix, SQL, Java, Spring, Python, and AWS
Demonstrates expertise in Software Engineering with a focus on APIs and system integration, alongside strong technical documentation and troubleshooting skills. Proficient in agile methodologies and capable of optimizing software solutions to meet customer needs.
