• Assist in the processing and management of customer orders, ensuring accuracy in order entry
• Coordinate and track shipments for timely and accurate deliveries
• Maintain accurate data in logistics and transportation management systems
• Provide support to customer service teams in addressing inquiries and resolving issues
• Generate and compile basic operational reports as required

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in logistics or a related field is a plus
• Previous experience in logistics, operations, or customer service is desirable
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Prior experience in a logistics or supply chain environment
• Familiarity with transportation management systems
• Ability to work weekends, particularly Saturdays and Sundays from 2 – 10 pm
• Experience in generating operational reports and metrics analysis
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work collaboratively
