CDL A Drivers $113K+/Yr Home Weekly Rider and Pet Welcome (Full Time)

Class A drivers with at least one year of verifiable Class A experience in the last three years are invited to apply for a position that guarantees a salary bonus per shipment and excellent benefits while allowing drivers to return home weekly. Drivers average pay is $113,000 per year.

Deliveries are 100 % touch: the freight is preloaded and the trailer is hook‑and‑go. Drivers average week pay is $2,190 and travel is predominantly in the Northeast.

Full benefits start after 60 days of employment. Drivers receive 3–5 days of training on the account and are typically home weekly (weekends not guaranteed). Drivers may take the truck home, provided a secure place to park is available. After training, a rider and pet may accompany the driver.

Drug Test Requirements

• Urine drug test only.
• A driver must never have failed or refused any drug test, even if the incident occurred many years ago or after successful completion of SAP.

Job Pay and Summary

• Pickup loads at the distribution center just outside Rome, NY. Trailers are preloaded, and drivers hook and go.
• Daily salary of $215 and $300 for each trailer unloaded. Drivers average 900–1,200 miles per week and complete three loads.
• Deliveries involve between 2–4 stops per trailer, offloading boxes weighing 1–35 lbs onto a conveyor belt that the store personnel then service.
• After a 34‑hour home reset, drivers continue deliveries until the week ends, then return to the DC for the next load.
• Orientation takes place in Dayton, typically about 2 days. Company covers transportation, hotel and meals and pays $85 per day for orientation.
• Training lasts 3–5 days, paid at the daily rate. Drivers will share a bunk with the trainer or have the truck first, depending on availability.
• After training, drivers may bring a rider and a pet.
• Full benefits—medical, vision, PTO, and 401(k) with matching—begin after 60 days.

Job Requirements

• Must reside in NY, CT, MD, MA or RI (not Brooklyn or Long Island).
• Must be 21 years old and have at least one full year of Class A experience; local, regional or OTR experience acceptable.
• CDL must be valid in the state of residence.
• May not have had more than 3 jobs in the last year and no more than 6 in the last three years.
• May have no more than two DOT recordable accidents in the last three years, excluding: major traffic violations, preventable rear‑end collisions, or rollovers.
• Cannot have been terminated from the most recent job for any reason.
• Personal vehicle may carry up to one of the following moving violations in the last three years: 15+, reckless, following too closely, texting or handheld device. Commercial vehicle violations disqualify the applicant.
• No felonies in the last seven years (always disqualified) and no misdemeanors in the last three years.
