Role Description

This is a temporary full-time, on-site role located in Johnson County, KS, for a Box Truck Driver and Equipment Associate. The individual in this role will be responsible for delivering and picking up equipment and party rentals using company vehicles, including box trucks. Responsibilities also include loading and unloading equipment, ensuring items are properly secured during transit, inspecting rental items for damage, performing basic maintenance on equipment, and assisting with on-site event setup as needed.

The associate will prioritize customer service by maintaining positive interactions with clients and ensuring timely delivery schedules.

Immediate start, position is needed all of May 2026 and most of June.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record; ability to safely operate box trucks and other company vehicles
• Experience with loading, unloading, and securing equipment for delivery
• Basic maintenance and mechanical skills to perform routine equipment checks and minor repairs
• Customer service and communication skills; ability to interact professionally and courteously with clients
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in completing deliveries and maintaining schedules
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy items
• Prior experience with event setup and equipment rentals is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
