- 0.65 CPM solo
- 0.70 CPM team starting (1099)
- miles avg weekly
- Incentives at 14K miles/month
- Detention, layover & breakdown pay
- Paid hotel for resets
- DOT inspection incentives
- Reefer (some dry) - No touch freight
- Majority drop & hook ; pick up & delivery
- OTR lanes:
South, Southwest & Northwest - No East Coast runs
- Fast orientation (under 1 day)
- Home time 2 weeks out / 3 days home
- Consistent freight, predictable schedule
- Newer Freightliners & Volvos
- APU, inverter, fridge & microwave
- Steady miles
- No touch freight
- CDL-A license
- 18-24 months minimum OTR experience
- Clean MVR (max 2 violations in 3 years)
