About the Position

Climate Express Drivers make America great one mile at a time, and they run a lot of miles.

2022 or newer Volvo 760 automatic trucks. Volvos are the safest truck on the road! They run 68 cruise and pedal. These trucks are optimized with ergonomically designed seats and perfectly positioned steering, 70 L /96 W sleepers, larger than average built in refrigerators, auxiliary power units, dual antennas, flat‑screen TV mount, satellite radios.

Safety is the responsibility of everyone. Our operations team is experienced and will dispatch you safely & legally. Your truck will undergo regular maintenance, and the shop is available 24/7.

Drivers regularly meet face‑to‑face with managers and team members. We want every driver to feel at home, not just a part of the trucking industry.

Pay is based on work record and experience and will be determined after you are fully processed. We pay our professionals loaded and empty on practical miles. That's up to 5%‑7% more miles a year than companies paying for short miles. Top performers earned over 100k last year.

Dry van and reefer (no slaughterhouses or fresh meat). 1 pick / 1 drop or drop and hook. 100% no touch freight.

• 1 year of experience
• Must be willing to drive OTR
• No more than 4 serious driving incidents
