Job Overview
Crete Carrier and Shaffer Trucking are hiring Class A CDL tractor‑trailers in Wyoming. We offer frequent home time on dedicated fleets with regional or national OTR opportunities.
Compensation- Pay: $101,176 per year (top 50% average).
- CPM: $.66 to $.69 per mile.
- Practical miles paid, resulting in 3–5 percent more total miles per year versus carriers that pay based on short‑route miles.
Comprehensive health insurance, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) match, and profit‑sharing. In 2025, the company contributed $11.5 million to profit‑sharing and over $103 million to employee retirement accounts.
Qualifications- One‑year verifiable tractor‑trailer experience.
- Class A CDL.
