• Drive a flatbed truck and transport goods such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals.
• Adhere to all safety and company policies, including the physical requirement to lift a 90‑pound tarp onto a 5‑foot platform during orientation.
• Pickup and deliver freight for regional and over‑the‑road routes.
• Maintain accurate logs and records of time, mileage, and goods.
• Work as required to meet home‑time schedules, including working one weekend per month.
• Participate in orientation and transition training.

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Age 21 years or older.
• Safe driving record.
• No more than six jobs in last three years.
• Minimum 4 months of driving experience (preferred 12 months).
• Background check, clean drug test, and clear clearinghouse results.
• Physical ability to lift a 90‑pound tarp onto a 5‑foot high platform.

• Weekly pay: $1,094.88 – $1,893.03.
  Flatbed Regional Driver Rate: $0.50 – $0.78 per mile, depending on experience.
• Annual pay: $56,933.64 – $98,437.73.
• Includes accessorial compensation such as tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, and over‑dimensional pay.
• Transition Package: $1,800, with $1,000 allocated for orientation in first two weeks.
