, you'll deliver to local homes and businesses, stay active, work independently, and be home every day.
Flagstone Peak is a proud Fed Ex Ground contractor focused on safety, teamwork, and helping our drivers succeed. Our terminal is located at 7105 SE Forbes Ave., Topeka, KS 66619
, where you'll start and end each workday with a supportive team.
- $160/day ($140 training/base + $20 performance bonus
) - Paid training
- Weekly pay
- Health insurance (50% employer-paid), dental & vision
- Up to $150 weekly service bonus
- $0.15 per stop after 6 months
- Company vehicle & uniform provided
- Full-time,
Monday-Saturday (No Sundays) - Start at 8:30 AM until route completion
- Complete 150 average stops per day
- Safely operate a company delivery vehicle
- Load, scan, and deliver packages
- Perform vehicle inspections
Use GPS to complete your route
- 21+ with a valid driver's license
- Clean Motor Vehicle Report
- Must be willing to submit to an employer-paid background check, drug test, and DOT physical
- Lift packages up to 150 lbs.
- Work in all weather conditions
- No CDL required
