Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established care plans

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Monitor and document patient conditions and progress

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care

Qualifications:

Current, active LVN/LPN license in the state of Washington Strong clinical and communication skills

Ability to work effectively in a team environment
