• Evaluate and initiate appropriate care plans based on established standards.
• Provide patient and family education to support recovery.
• Regularly assess and document patient progress and responses.
• Coordinate care activities with other healthcare team members.
• Ensure accurate and efficient execution of physicians' orders.
• Communicate timely adverse or sudden changes in patient condition.
• Recognize and report adverse drug reactions.
• Effectively manage patient pain and utilize blood products as necessary.
• Safely and effectively use patient care equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Collaborate across organizational boundaries.
• Adhere to the core values and standards of the organization.

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license in Washington State.
• Current BLS certification.
• Fluency in written and oral English.
• Background check completion required.
• Position is safety‑sensitive; impairment during employment presents substantial risk.
