• Valid Washington State Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification required.
• Valid Washington State Driver's License and proof of vehicle insurance required.
• Preferred experience working with medically fragile or health-compromised students
• Skilled in diabetic care, tube feeding, catheterization, basic trach care, infection control/universal precautions, safe handling of sharps, accurate medical documentation.
• At least one year of successful professional experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality (HIPAA, FERPA)
• Proficient in computer use and health record systems
• Organized, dependable, and able to work independently and as a team member
• Committed to ongoing professional growth
• Must possess the ability to monitor compliance of measures that protect students/others in accordance with state, federal and local health department regulations, i.e. immunizations, mandatory reporting, communicable diseases, etc.
• Must maintain confidentiality in compliance with state/federal/school district policies.
• Ability to work effectively in a positive manner with students/staff/parents from a diverse cultural, social and economic background sometimes under stressful situations.
• Ability to work with outside agencies under the direction of the Health Services Supervisor to ensure school health services are effective.
• Must possess a high degree of organizational and documentation skills.

Salary Range:$27.61-$31.06perhour(Depending on Experience)
