The Role

Are you a master of logistics, a Google Suite wizard, and a person who takes genuine pride in a perfectly organized space? The Unscripted Audio Department is looking for a resourceful Administrative Professional to join our team. The Unscripted Audio department includes CBC Music, CBC Books, Q with Tom Power, Commotion with Elamin Abdelmahmoud, Now or Never, Under The Influence and new show development.

Our work can be found on CBC’s radio networks and digital platforms, as well as on You Tube, podcast services and across social media. Our teams are passionate, engaged and best-in-class at curating, amplifying and celebrating culture and storytelling for Canadian audiences. This is a hands‑on support role where no two days are the same. You will be the "glue" that holds the department together—providing high-level support to our Senior Director, managing our physical office environment, and ensuring our team has the resources they need to succeed.
