A mental health organization in Toronto is seeking a full-time, temporary Scheduling Clerk to support its Centralized Staffing and Scheduling Office. The role involves maintaining scheduling systems, resolving queries, and providing administrative support. Candidates must have a post-secondary program and up to one year of relevant experience, ideally in a hospital setting. Training on the new Oracle Scheduling System will be provided, with shifts based on the department's needs, including early morning to midnight schedules.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
