Job Summary

MNC JOBS INFO is seeking enthusiastic and professional Receptionists to join our team in Toronto, Vancouver, and Calgary. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for individuals who are eager to start a career in office administration. As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, the Receptionist will provide exceptional customer service, manage front desk operations, and assist with basic administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a friendly and professional attitude.
  • Answer, screen, and forward phone calls to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings as needed.
  • Assist the office team with basic administrative duties, such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Monitor office supplies and notify the office manager of replenishment needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business administration is an asset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Experience
  • Prior experience in customer service, office administration, or reception is an asset but not mandatory
    .

Working Hours
  • Full-time position:
    Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • Occasional flexibility for extended hours during busy periods may be required.
