What will you work on?

As Executive Assistant you will support two senior Executives in Design Product Development in our Toronto headquarters. You have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion. Please note this role is four days per week in office, Monday through Thursday.

How

will you create impact?
  • Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments and ensure executives are on time
  • Arrange complex travel and accommodations, compile documents for travel-related meetings
  • Assist in management of the team including vacation requests, expenses and other approvals
  • Event coordination including Toy Fairs, Trade Shows, etc.
  • Prepare all materials in advance of meetings, presentations
  • Perform clerical duties such as note‑taking, filing, typing, and copying documents
  • Ability to work with other assistants closely to manage the executive
  • Act as custodian of corporate documents and records
  • Act as direct liaison with vendors/customers/partners
  • Track team projects
  • Support office admin tasks as needed such as finding an open office for visiting execs, ordering lunch for critical meetings, etc.
What are your skills and experience?
  • Administration experience supporting VP level or above is preferred
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Outlook

The anticipated salary range for candidates who will work in Toronto is $70,000 to $85,000 per annum. The salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc. Spin Master Inc. is a multi‑state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work only in other states.
