What this job involves:In this role, you will provide a welcoming approach to all employees and visitors while efficiently managing lobby areas to accommodate employee and guest needs. You will serve as the first point of contact, creating positive impressions while supporting daily operations through room bookings, event coordination, and comprehensive building services assistance. This position is essential to maintaining JLL's professional environment and ensuring seamless client and employee experiences.
Whatyour day-to-day will look like:
- Greet, host, and provide support for guests, visitors, and employees at the front desk
- Assist with conference room bookings and set‑ups to meet client needs
- Support event set up and breakdown activities for various corporate functions
- Serve as the Building/Campus/Area Information Center for inquiries and directions
- Respond to and follow through on requests for information, communicating with all levels of management with minimal supervision
- Organize and maintain lobby and front desk areas to ensure professional presentation
- Resolve problems associated with building services, including janitorial, mailroom, copier services, parking, badging, and conference rooms
- High school diploma or GED
- 2-4 years of experience in hospitality or customer service roles
- Proven skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Computer‑literate with proficient skills in Google Suite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders
- Experience in corporate reception or office administration
- Knowledge of building management systems and office equipment
- Event coordination or setup experience
- Professional demeanor with attention to detail
- Ability to anticipate client needs and provide proactive solutions
