On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Data Processor, Account Openings (MS Excel) for a 3-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

- Job Description:
This role involves reviewing account opening documents sent by the Front Office, ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and fast processing of a varying number of files. The position supports the New Accounts and Documentation department in maintaining efficient account opening procedures.
Data Processor, Account Openings (MS Excel) - Responsibilities:
• Review account opening documents for accuracy and integrity
• Ensure fast processing of account documents
• Collaborate with the Front Office to resolve discrepancies
• Maintain accurate records of customer/client information
• Utilize MS Excel for data entry and documentation
Data Processor, Account Openings (MS Excel) - Mandatory
Skills:
• 1-4 years of Data Entry experience using MS Excel
• Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information
• MS Word documentation proficiency
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Time management skills

Skills:
• Banking/Financial Institution experience
