Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring prompt and attentive communication.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records of project and client information.
• Handle email correspondence, including drafting, responding, and organizing messages.
• Coordinate schedules and appointments to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook to create reports, presentations, and other documents.
• Support team members with administrative tasks to facilitate project execution.
• Assist in maintaining office efficiency by organizing supplies and managing inventory.
• Prepare and distribute internal and external communications as needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure deadlines and priorities are met.
