Position Summary

Concert is continuing to grow in communities across Canada and we are looking for two (2) talented professionals to join the Concert Construction team as a Customer Service Administrator! Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, the successful candidates will be responsible for the administration and preparation of the handover of new suites to condominium owners in addition to assisting the Customer Service team in a variety of administrative tasks.

Duration: Contract 12-months

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and maintain suite files including filing of lists, correspondence, etc.
  • Receive 30 Day and Year end deficiency lists, including paper copies and electronic copies to be uploaded
  • Enter deficiency lists, including categorizing deficiencies and entering lists on tracking sheet
  • Assist coordinator with distributing deficiency lists to Bird, including printing copies and tracking date forwarded to Bird
  • Assist coordinator with scheduling suite access for service
  • Assist coordinator with addressing of walk-in inquiries
  • Assist coordinator with receiving and responding to incoming calls and emails
  • Prepare CCPs, including confirming purchaser information, occupancy date, net selling price, etc., inputting all required information to Tarion Builder Link, printing copies.
  • Forward PDI items to Bird for completion
Required Knowledge & Skills
  • Post-secondary education, or a combination of education and related experience
  • 1-3 years of previous work experience in a professional services environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated superior customer service experience
  • Ability to take ownership and demonstrate initiative with assigned work
  • Punctual, reliable, and professional
  • Strong inter-personal skills
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to follow up and follow through
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite, i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point
  • Knowledge of construction terminology would be an asset
