We are searching for a Part Time Move in Coordinator to join our Parkland on Eglinton West team based in Etobicoke, Ontario.

Works in partnership with all operational departments to ensure movement adheres to all organizational and regulatory standardsWorks in close collaboration with Resident Experience Manager/Hospitality Manager to ensure room is ready, front office is informedWorks in partnership with Sales Team to understand upcoming resident move in schedule and requirementsWorks with residents to arrange details of move into Parkland including scheduling moving companies, arranging removal of furniture that is not needed, etc.Works with residents to help design layout of suite furnishingsCommunicates upcoming move in schedule with internal operating departmentsCommunicates with new residents to complete required paperworkWorks collaboratively with new residents and key contacts to organize individual move in processManages resident paperwork and files it accordinglyCommunicates with new residents to gain understanding of personal preferences, and communicates them appropriatelyActs as resident experience liaison between the resident and operationsManages move in process on day of moveManages orientation of new residents to ParklandWorks collaboratively with Property and Engineering team to ensure resident suites are ready for resident arrivalsReviews available ancillary services with residents during the move in processEnsure all resident information is accurately maintained in YARDI ERPEnsure all tasks required to progress a resident through the ERP are completed in the appropriate sequenceProcess required new resident leads information within YARDI ERPUpload required resident documentation to YARDI ERPCompletes required move in documentation with resident/Substitute Decision MakerAdditional duties as requiredAbout You

Diploma in Business Administration or related discipline2 Years experience working in a Senior Living Environment or
