The

purpose of this role is to increase capacity for the Vice president of Advisor Engagement, assist with Assante training and communications, and support the corporate practice management programs.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Posting and management of content on AANet.
  • Management of the mailbox for communications to branches.
  • Provide review and coordinate translation of Assante communications, including monthly FAQ from regional teams.
  • Design and implementation of training modules for LMS system.
  • Build out of new hire training for LMS system.
  • Manage the registration process and billing process for practice management programs.
  • Be responsible for maintaining and updating the tools in the Navigator AT360 library as required .
  • Respond to all inquiries sent to the AT360 mailbox.
  • Main liaison between Assante and Benefaction to maintain updated policies and procedure and to satisfy their reporting needs.
  • Manage the mailbox.
  • Manage the Assante communications and events calendar to ensure that things stay on track.
  • Liase with ARVPs of Business Development to ensure they have consistent content to share with field.
  • Support for the national training virtual programs and roadshows.
  • Manage the Assante Stronger Together email box.
  • Offer support for the Assante National Wealth Management Conference and manage the conference trade show.
  • WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • University degree and/or college diploma an asset
  • 1-2 years’ experience within the financial services industry an asset
  • Fluent computer skills (MS/ Word/Excel/PowerPoint) with strong knowledge of Excel
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work in a team environment
  • Willingness to travel for work
  • This role follows our in‑office work model and requires employees to be onsite four days per week to support collaboration and business needs.

    This opportunity is for an existing vacancy with the company. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $42,500 to $71,000. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a bonus program. In addition, The Company offers a variety of benefits to eligible employees, including health insurance coverage, wellness programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education-related programs, paid holidays and vacation time, and many others.
