Kelly Services has partnered with a company in Mining Industry to recruit for a 12 month Contract role of a Document Controller.

Responsibilities:
  • Document registration, metadata control, and MDR maintenance.
  • Workflow processing and review cycle monitoring via META.
  • RFI registration, routing, and closure tracking.
  • Expediting support through overdue reporting.
  • Document Review facilitation.
  • Data archiving and project close‑out document preparation.
  • Weekly document status reports/updates
  • Monthly overdue document reports
  • Final archival & turnover package

Document Controller will report directly to:

  • Indirect coordination with Project Engineers, Procurement, and Engineering Consultants
Requirements:

5+ years of relevant DC experience within Mining or EPC Industries
