Work Arrangement:
This position is hybrid (4 days on site) based out of our Downtown Toronto, ON office.
As a Real Estate Assistant (internally known as Brokerage Project Specialist), you are an experienced professional looking to take the next step in your commercial real estate career. Your background includes delivering exceptional sales support to internal and external clients. In this role, you will support marketing, operational duties, and transactional management with a high level of business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit, playing an integral part of the team’s success.
Responsibilities- Help oversee the team’s transactions, track critical dates, and regularly update clients and colleagues
- Maintain company databases to track prospects and business opportunities
- Create/format proposals and presentations, collaborating with Colliers Marketing to curate team marketing collateral
- Engage with the local business and industry community by attending events, networking, and participating in client meetings
- Process executed lease/amendment paperwork, create vouchers, collect documentation, send tenant/property eblasts, create market surveys, print tour books, and schedule tenant tours
- At least 2+ years of sales or administrative experience in a professional environment (preferably real estate, sales, legal, architectural, construction or related)
- Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign) experience required
- Commercial real estate experience is an asset
- High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- High level of initiative and excellent oral and written communications
Pursuant to laws regarding job postings in Toronto, this posting discloses approximate salary range: $48,112/year - $70,000/year. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries across all Canada locations. Within the range, pay is determined by location and factors including skills, experience, and education or training.
