We are on the lookout for an organized Administrative Assistant to provide vital support to our Health and Safety Department. You'll oversee correspondence, manage schedules, and assist with inventory control. Your professional demeanor and effective communication will contribute to a positive experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support operational and administrative functions
• Ensure correct arrangement of official documents
• Efficiently manage mail, calls, and messages
• Schedule and coordinate meetings and events
• Organize filing systems and maintain tracking spreadsheets
Requirements:
• 6 months of clerical experience required
• Secondary school diploma is necessary
• Background in Health and Safety is an asset
• Administrative assistant training is advantageous
• Ability to maintain professionalism in all interactions
