Join Eataly Canada as a Fixed-Term Benefits Coordinator, focusing on managing employee benefits and compliance in a unique culinary marketplace. This part-time position involves assisting employees with benefits navigation and claims.
Lasting until July 2027, this role reports to the North American Benefits Director. Responsibilities include overseeing various leave programs, managing WSIB claims, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. Your expertise will help our team support the employee community effectively, making every inquiry a priority.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the first point of contact for benefits inquiries
• Guarantee compliance with essential regulations
• Facilitate annual benefits enrollment efforts
• Administer sick, medical, and parental leave programs
• Monitor workplace and guest incident reports
Requirements:
• Ability to manage tasks accurately and efficiently
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
• Preferred administrative experience
• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
