Position Overview
Title: Corporate Campaign Representative – Donor Engagement (Contract)
Location: Toronto, Ontario
Job : 1075
# of Openings: 1
Duration: 4‑Month Contract (17 weeks, full‑time)
Pay: $27.20 per hour
Responsibilities- Assist Donor Engagement team with matching engagement opportunities to donor and workplace volunteering and engagement requests
- Maintain database including updates to events, agency roster and participants
- Receive, log, and prioritize requests
- Coordinate the Fall Day of Caring volunteer program, handling data entry, confirmations, and correspondence with donors, workplaces, and agency partners
- Provide coordination support and organization to other donor engagement and event programs, including tours, product drives and facilitated activities
- Liaise with Donor Relations and Marketing staff and/or other Corporate Campaign Representatives to gather required information, track and coordinate activity as required
- Update and organize Donor Engagement activity supplies
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Excellent organizational, administrative and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proven ability to exercise tact and discretion
- Excellent attention to detail and proven track record of accuracy
- Ability to prioritize diverse tasks/variables and meet deadlines under pressure
- Excellent teamwork, interpersonal and customer service skills including the ability to work respectfully and inclusively with a diverse employee population and multiple stakeholders
- Previous experience working with event or database software is an asset
- Previous experience in an administrative or coordinator role preferred
- Willingness to actively contribute to the organizational Reconciliation and Equity framework through participation in learning opportunities and implementing anti‑oppressive, and anti‑racist learnings into action internally and externally

- Training and onboarding will be provided during the first two weeks of the program.
- During the 17‑week program (August 17 2026 – December 4 2026) representatives will work both remotely and in‑person, per program needs.
