A well-established and growing real estate investment firm based in the Greater Toronto Area, is seeking a professional, organized, and personable Receptionist / Front Desk Administrator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors, clients, and tenants in a professional manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
Maintain the front desk and reception area
Coordinate incoming/outgoing mail and courier deliveries
Schedule meetings and manage boardroom bookings
Assist with office administration and clerical tasks
Maintain office supplies and coordinate vendor/service requests
Manage filing, scanning, and document organization
Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
Qualifications & Skills Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Professional presentation and customer service skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Experience in real estate, property management, or professional services is considered an asset
